Cut-offs!

So many holey jeans at my house!  So this summer I made alot of cut-offs!  I love them because

1:  I don't have to buy as many new pair of shorts.

2:  They are super easy and fast!

3:  I can make them as long or as short as I want.

 

Here is Miss K modeling one of her pair.

I cut them off a little longer than I wanted them.  Stitched around the cut edge about 1/4" seam so they will fray in the wash.  Folded up and pressed.  Then just made a couple stitches at the side seams to hold in place.

I made me some too,  a longer pair for everyday and a shorter one to wear over my swim suit.  No pics of those cuz my knees are no way as cute or tan as Miss K's!

Would love to hear what you do with all your denim scraps!  I just can't seem to throw them away!
